FOOD HAMPERS FOR KOONUNG SECONDARY COLLEGE Koonung Secondary College has once again asked for assistance to put together 12 hampers for families in need at Koonung Secondary College. Hampers will consist of food items as well as something festive and something fun for the family. A budget has been appointed to help with this, but any contributions both monetary and non-perishable food items would be appreciated. The school would like to receive the hampers by 3 December, so if you would like to help, please have a chat with
Kathryn D’Alessandro or Heather Hon.
SOCIAL JUSTICE MEETING
The final Social Justice meeting for the year will be held on Tuesday 18th November at 10.30am. There will be letters to sign and planning for 2026 to consider. New members very welcome.
COFFEE AND CRAFT
The final get together of this group will be on Saturday 29th November at 2.00pm. All welcome with or without craft.
COFFEE MORNING
The next coffee morning at Bin3 Café, Belmore Road, will be Friday 14th November at 10am. All welcome for a cuppa and a chat.
CHRISTMAS CHAOS
Thank you to those that have volunteered to assist with Xmas chaos. We now have the registration form ready to go, with printed copies at church. As part of our safe church policy a form for every volunteer, and attendee (adults and children) is required.
If you are planning to attend, please fill out the form and place it in the Xmas chaos box on the table near the chapel. Any questions please speak to Clare.
HELP END POLIO – It’s not too late to donate!
Rotary’s Walk with Us fundraiser was held during October. Our district clubs hope to raise $100,000 this year. WWCC New Requirement – Organisation Email Address
When applying for or renewing a WWCC, applicants need to include an organisation email address. To ensure consistency, please use our dedicated email: wwccr@victas.uca.org.au. This email receives all WWCC and Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) notifications across the Synod.
SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER
A lovely gathering of people meet for prayer meeting each Sunday morning in the hall for 15 minutes before each service from 9:40am. All are welcome. We will be praying for the church, the community and any other needs that may arise.
